Terms & Conditions Of Service 

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the therapy services provided by New Horizons Therapy Services ("we," "our," "us"). By booking and attending therapy sessions, you ("the client") agree to these terms.

2. Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential. Information shared in sessions will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law (e.g.risk of harm to yourself or others, safeguarding concerns, or legal obligations). Where circumstances require information to be shared you will be invited to be active in the process and will be kept informed of what will be shared with whom and for what purpose.

3. Booking and Payment

- Sessions must be booked in advance.
- Payment is required as per the agreed terms negotiated at the first session. Private client payment is required on a session by session basis. Organisational payment will be obtained via invoice of finance department.
- Accepted payment methods include [list payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card, etc.].

4. Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy

- If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
- If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice or cancel within the notice period, you agree to be charged 75% of the session cost.
- Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies at our discretion.

5. Session Duration and Conduct

- Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes.
- You are expected to attend sessions on time. Late arrival may result in a reduced session length without a fee adjustment.

6. Professional Boundaries

- The therapist-client relationship is strictly professional.
- Communication outside sessions should be limited to scheduling and administrative matters unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability

- We provide professional care but do not guarantee specific outcomes.
- You accept full responsibility for your mental health and well-being and agree to engage in the process actively.

8. Termination of Services

- Either party may terminate therapy at any time. However, we recommend discussing discontinuation in a final session.
- We reserve the right to terminate services if we believe therapy is not beneficial or due to breaches of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

- We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes and the website will be kept up to date as far as practically possible.
